The Award for Professional Excellence recognizes successful efforts in applying creative management concepts to improve performance, advance the profession, and to promote understanding of Human Resources Management. During your conversation with a member of the selection committee, you’ll be asked to share about the nominees years in their organization and position, years in the profession, and a description of the activity that has benefited their organization and profession.
