The Volunteer Leader of the Year award recognizes outstanding leadership, motivation, and organizational skills to the development of the Conference Committee or other SHRM program(s). Nominations should include detail on the nominee’s volunteer roles and activities, significant contributions, and any unique ideas or programs while in a particular role.
