Conference Pricing depends on a few different variables, including when you register and membership types. Our form automatically determines your registration type for you and shows you the relevant information.

The Hotel Bundle will give you three nights at the JW Marriott during the 2022 Conference. You will check in Sunday and depart Wednesday. The Hotel Bundle only pays for Room and Tax. All parking and other incidentals will not be covered within the hotel bundle package. Hotel cancellations should be made through HR Indiana SHRM, NOT the hotel. Hotel cancellations must be made by July 22, 2022 and will be charged a 10% administrative fee. All cancellation requests should be made via email to admin@hrindianashrm.org.

Please note that we must have your check within 15 days of this submission. If the check is not received within this time your registration status may be canceled.

The check should be sent to PO Box 30558, Indianapolis, IN 46230-30558 and made out to "HR Indiana SHRM". Please place your name on the check in the memo line.

All payments must be made in advance to be officially registered for the conference. 

Deadline for cancellation with a 10% penalty is July 15, 2022. After July 15, 2022 we cannot offer any refunds. To request a refund, please email admin@hrindianashrm.org.

Note: Adult students are not eligible for student rates, only students in SHRM student chapters.

Recording Policy
Sessions and Keynotes: For copyright reasons, recordings of any kind are prohibited without prior written consent of the presenter or instructor. Attendees may not capture or use materials presented in any meeting/course room or in course notes on display without written permission. Consent forms are available at Speaker Check-In or HR Indiana Registration. Individuals not complying with this policy will be asked to leave a given session and/or asked to surrender their recording media. Refusal to comply with such requests is grounds for expulsion from the event.

Capture and Use of a Person's Image
By registering for an HR Indiana event, you grant full permission to HR Indiana to capture, store, use, and/or reproduce your image or likeness by any audio and/or visual recording technique and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any HR Indiana media now known or later developed, for any legitimate HR Indiana marketing or promotional purpose.

By registering for an HR Indiana event, you waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any written copy. You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials. By registering, you release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless HR Indiana from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
